How to Make Reservations
Contact us by phone, email or text. You may leave a message at any time and we will respond within 24 hours. Please leave your name, address, phone or email, a brief description of the service you require and the dates you may need our service.
Introductory Visit Information
An initial interview is required for first time and occasional clients. During this meeting in your home we will review/sign the contract, pick up 2 keys (or, on occasion, a garage door opener), and become acquainted with your pet. We will ask you to personally show us your pet’s routine and your household layout. Normally, 2 weeks’ notice is required for new clients so that we have adequate time to schedule this important introductory meeting. Please note, we usually cannot accept new clients for holiday periods.
“Ready Key” Program
Frequent travelers can eliminate the time involved for the key exchange by participating in the “Ready Key” program. We’ll keep your keys on file and set up your pet sitting reservations by phone, text or email. An invoice will be left in your home and you can simply mail a check for payment. This also allows us to accommodate your request for service on shorter notice.
